What are Grounders and Evobilities?

Grounders are from the desert planet Cynder. They possess a genetic link with planets, allowing us to harness abilities from their primary constituents of matter. Grounder DNA mutated with Cynder’s chemical elements and developed mechanisms that enabled us to survive on our dry, hazardous planet. Grounders have unique abilities called evobilities. Each evobility has a name. For example, camocopper’s complexion changes color to blend in with their environment. Bmine expels an odor that burns its enemy’s eyes, and silideposonics can produce and direct sound waves through dirt to drive off predators.
